Welcome to my online design portfolio. I am a loving sister, daughter, a highly motivated and focused designer. I consider myself to be a self-starter, I work well independently and with others. I use my hands-on experience of nine years along with my formal design education to successfully develop effective well-designed websites and graphics through creative thinking and analysis. I have reccently completed Master in Fine Arts Degree at Full Sail University. In addition to that a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Visual Communication with a concentration in Web design from American InterContinental University and an Associate of Art in Business Administration which gives me extensive knowledge and business management skills which could be a real asset to your company. With more than nine years of hands-on and educational experience Lakita L. Ward places a high value on graphic and web design and possesses business management experience. She has remarkable skills in web design and graphics. She holds an Associate of Arts in Business Administration and Bachelor’s in Fine Arts Degree in Visual Communications, with a concentration in Web Design from the American InterContinental University, and just recently completed the Master of Fine Arts in Media Design program at Full Sail University.

Lakita is highly qualified in all areas necessary to be a successful Graphic and Web Designer based upon her invaluable hands-on experience. Lakita has developed and maintained multiple official graphic and web pages for well known recording artists such as Mathew Knowles. Willie of Day26 and Anzeo David of American Idol, as well as taking own independent projects.

I was born and raised in Houston, TX. I am a loyal and loving sister, daughter, and bestfriend. I love to spend my time with my new little sisters, working on new design ideas and traveling. At age 31, my greatest accomplishment is completing school with a master degree in fine arts. I am a true Texan, my heart is big and I have a lot of love to spread. I am a true Capricorn; they say we are practical, ambitious, disciplined, patient, and careful. I believe there are no regrets only lessons, everything happens for a reason and everyone has a purpose, what is yours?
